We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team for our Obstetrics-Gynaecology Clinic! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate who aspires to be a PA, NP, or MD, or DO. Past employees have been successful in gaining admission to their top choice programs including MD, DO, NP, and PA programs. Due to our diverse patient population, candidates who are fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, and/or Vietnamese are highly preferred.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
